We'd been drifting the empty streets for hours. The glow of neon mirrored in the puddles littering the asphalt. I think it's the cold that kept people inside that night. It was midnight and Yuki had to get up in 4 hours for work. On my drive back to my apartment I stopped by my favorite Yamaya. I grabbed a bottle of the yoozh and headed home. The air was soft. The night was blue. It was perfect.
