Marketplace Terms
Last updated: July 12, 2026. DRAFT, pending final review before the Marketplace launches.
1. What the Marketplace is
The Fotography.gg Marketplace is a discovery and contact service. It lets approved community photographers describe the services they offer (such as livery showcase shoots, car portraits, action coverage, event coverage, edits, and similar creative work inside Forza Horizon 6) and lets other members contact them through on-site messages.
2. What Fotography.gg does NOT do
Read this section carefully. By using the Marketplace you acknowledge all of the following:
- Fotography.gg does not process, hold, transfer, or guarantee any payment. There is no checkout, no escrow, no wallet, and no refund system on this platform.
- We are not a party to any arrangement made between users, whether free or paid. Any agreement, exchange, or transaction happens directly between the two users and entirely at their own risk.
- We do not set prices, take commissions, or mediate disputes about money, deliverables, deadlines, or quality.
- We cannot recover money sent to another user. If you choose to pay anyone for anything, you do so at your own judgment and risk.
3. Conduct rules
- Photographers must accurately describe their services and only show portfolio work they created.
- No scams, bait listings, impersonation, harassment, or solicitation of anything unrelated to virtual photography services.
- Conversations may be moved off-platform (for example to Discord) by mutual choice. The same conduct rules apply to how you got there; what happens off-platform is outside our control.
- Reviews must reflect a genuine completed interaction. Fake, coerced, or retaliatory reviews are removed.
4. Reviews
Reviews are user opinions, not endorsements by Fotography.gg. We may hide reviews that violate these terms. Photographers may post one public reply per review.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or remove listings, conversations, reviews, or marketplace access entirely, at our discretion, especially for scam reports, harassment, or repeated conduct violations. Marketplace access is a privilege layered on top of the existing Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which continue to apply.
6. Reporting
Every listing, conversation, and review has a report action. If someone attempts to scam you, report the conversation. We act on platform access; we cannot act on money.
