So you want to Mod Forza Horizon 6? Modded Car edition.

So you're getting bored of vanilla Forza? Want some modded cars and sounds? Look no further to this guide on how to do it!

Firstly we want to go to Nexus mods. This is the main place to see all the mods people have people, Cars, Sounds, Camera mods. The whole lot!

Next you want to find the mod you want to add to the game. People have made some of the BEST mods so all respect and credits go to them. This game would've felt empty without them.

I will demonstrate with this Porsche 911 mod, this gives me a new look to the car.

A good thing about some of these creators, they already tell you where the mod goes, and what to do. But I am here to tell you how to do it, just in case you get lost. In your files, find the directory to your Forza install. In content, you will need to make a new folder called "mediapc". In this folder, you want to make a new folder called "Cars". This folder will house all of your modded cars you want added to the game. I have already got alot of modded cars as you see. Coming back to the Porsche mod. you will see that the top file is the one I downloaded. We need to rename this to the right name which you can find in media/cars, then find the right car. I will change mine to POR_911TurboS_93. If you don't rename the file, you won't get your mod to work. Key note also, if there is any spaces in the file name, replace them with an underscore (_)

Once you have done all this, you should see the New modded car in your game. Another key note, this does NOT change the look for other people, only yourself, these mods are client sided and will not affect other people.

Some mods will have extra bits, such as an additional wing or extra bits, so experiment to see what you can find in the mods you desire!
